City of Sanford proclaims ‘Annie Wright Day’

Sanford Mayor Art Woodruff proclaimed Nov. 24 as Mrs. Annie Ruth Wright Day, which will now be celebrated annually in Sanford. He made the proclamation Monday with Mrs. Wright’s three surviving daughters there to accept.
