The nature of the relief being sought by Plaintiffs is as follows:

2. That a commissioner be appointed to sell the real estate described in the complaint, after due advertisement in accordance with law and under the direction of this court, and to deliver to the purchaser at such sale a deed to said real estate in fee simple, free and clear of all encumbrances, and that the interests and equities of redemption of the Defendants in the property be forever barred and foreclosed.
3. That the commissioner be ordered to pay from the proceeds of sale of the property the taxes, penalties, interests, and costs due the Plaintiffs, together with the costs of this action, and to pay the surplus, if any, to such parties as may be entitled thereto or pay it into court for the benefit of said parties.
