AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, AMENDING CHAPTER 160, “RESOURCE PROTECTION STANDARDS” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE FOR CLARIFICATIONS AND UPDATES TO EXISTING REGULATIONS; PROVIDING CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will holding Public Hearings for proposed updates to Chapter 160, Resource Protection Standards, of the City’s Land Development Code.  There will be two readings of the above referenced ordinance.  The public hearing dates are as follows:
