The City of Lake Mary proposes to adopt the following Ordinance:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 1688

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR) TO RECREATION (REC) FOR A +/- 0.31 ACRE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 157 WASHINGTON AVENUE, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding a Public Hearing to review a proposed Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment of a +/- 0.31 acre property located at 157 Washington Ave. from LMDR, Low-Medium Density Residential, to REC, Recreation (see location map below). The subject property has Seminole County Parcel ID number 16-20-30-504-0300-0130.

 

The public hearings were rescheduled and will take place as outlined below:
